Breathwork and meditation workshop

Experience yoga beyond the asanas. Our sacred practice is more than just beautiful postures, groovy playlists, and looking cute! Join Lululemon ambassador David R for a breath and meditation workshop on Sunday, July 6 at 3pm. Explore the 4th and 7th limbs of yoga, Pranayama & Dhyana, with a teacher you trust, in a space you’re relaxed. Stay for our restorative class after!
