Surviving Well will meet in-person weekly on Tuesdays from 10am-12pm at Lakeshore Foundation from June 3rd through July 1st (a 5-week series). Participants are encouraged to attend all 5 sessions. Those who complete all 5 sessions will take home wellness goodies to implement what they learn at home. No previous experience with cooking or exercise is required to participate.
