About the event

Science of Sound Baths and Sound Bath Experience
Dr. Lindsey Smith is a UAB-trained neuroscientist and certified Sound Healing Facilitator and she founded Synaptic Harbor in 2023 to bridge the gap between scientific understanding of the brain and accessible well-being practices. Today she will give a short 15 minute lecture on the science of sound followed by an immersive sound bath experience.
