[FREE] TREMORS

The big day is upon us! This May 21st - the very day of Nick's birth, and only five days since Chayse's - TVs of Terror returns for the annual Staff Picks event to take you to the hills and valleys of the Nevada desert. But watch where you stand because somewhere underneath the ground lie TREMORS.

(Well, they're technically called Graboids, but never mind.)

Nick and Chayse have decided to go with a real yeehaw of a selection this year with the movie that Nick thinks is "probably the closest thing to the original Jaws you can get." Starring Kevin Bacon, Fred Ward, and Reba McEntire, TREMORS tells the wild western tale of two down-on-their-luck odd-job workers in the small town of Perfection who become embroiled in a series of odd disappearances and deaths while attempting to leave town for good. They soon get thrown together with a visiting grad student in a race to save the town from something hideous - ancient carnivorous underground worms!

For this momentous screening event - this one's been a long time coming - we're encouraging folks to come on down in their finest western wear. Cowboy hats? Yes, sir! Boots? Yes, ma'am! Bolo ties, fringy leather vests, entering the venue on horseback? Hot dog, that sounds like a good time!

As usual, the event and food is FREE, but we always appreciate your support and any spare change you have on you. So come on down and celebrate a couple of old cowpokes' birthdays and have yourself a cowboy-lovin' night!
