Saturday Morning Long Run 12 and 8 Miles RUN SOCIAL AT TRIM TAB!!!!!

We're at Trim Tab this week for our social!!! Be sure to look at the main BTC event for ALLL of the amazing details! We are partnering with The Crisis Center! Feel free to join their virtual Just A Call Away 5k (and be eligible for prizes and some extra drinks!) or just show up and run and enjoy the social!!! This is not one to miss!!! This is a cut back week for our fall marathon training cycle targeting the Chicago Marathon on October 12, and we are 8 weeks out now! This weekend, we have 12 miles for the Chicago Marathon, and an 8 route just for fun!! See you at Trim Tab Brewery at 6am!!
