Run, Ride & Rumble for PTSD Awareness

Don’t miss Sojourn Counseling’s fourth annual RUN, RIDE and RUMBLE for PTSD Awareness on June 14, 2025 at Cahaba Brewing in Birmingham, AL!

June is PTSD Awareness month, and Sojourn Counseling will be raising funds to expand our reach in the community and shine a light on PTSD awareness. Help us reach our financial goal and support those in our community who are affected by PTSD.

Choose from a 5k, a road cycling ride (45 mile, 23 mile) or a 1.5 hour motorcycle ride, followed by a celebration with live music and lunch catered by Chuy’s at Cahaba Brewing Co.

The Rumble starts at Riders Harley Davidson in Trussville. You can find other event times and details at www.runriderumble.com

If you don’t want to Run, Ride, or Rumble, you can just purchase a General Admission ticket for the festivities (live music, lunch, and a drink of your choice) at Cahaba Brewing Co.

Each Run, Ride, and Rumble registration comes with your event of choice, a t-shirt, an embroidered finisher’s patch, and the festivities and Cahaba Brewing Co. with live music, cash door prizes, lunch catered by Chuy’s, and a drink of your choice!
