Paddleboarding for Beginners

An introduction to paddleboarding, including how to set up and inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and adjust the paddle. How to launch and return safely, how to stand up, basic forward paddling, and turning, and how to self-rescue. To join in with this course you'll need to have, as a minimum, a basic level of fitness and mobility and also to be at least 18 years old.
