Welcome to SUNDARI x WILD WOMEN OUTDOOR CIRCLES, where your sacred journey home begins.

This is a heartfelt collaboration between Sundari and Wild Women, at Forest Families ~ a space where softness meets wildness, and ancient wisdom meets sisterhood beneath the open sky. Are you craving a place where your soul can breathe, your body can rest, and your spirit can remember its true nature?

“Sundari” means beautiful woman in Sanskrit ~ and that is our deepest prayer for you: to remember your beauty, your rawness, your rhythm, your sacred wildness. We are a collective of women who gather in deep reverence for the feminine, creating safe and soulful spaces for healing, connection, and community that nourishes you from the inside out.

Now, we are stepping outside. Into the forest. Into the elements. Back into our bodies and into the loving arms of the Earth.

Join us every 3rd Friday of the month at Rainbow Woods, Bromsgrove, for a 2.5-hour sacred women’s circle blending the best of both worlds: cacao, fire, free movement, wild breath, sound healing, sharing, stillness, ritual, nature, and sisterhood.

Guided by:

Sundari Sister Alicia from Holistic at Heart ~ an experienced therapist, trauma specialist, transformational coach, sound healer, and sacred feminine guide with over 25 years of experience. Holistic at Heart nurtures growth, freedom, and transformation for women ~ honouring the connection between body, mind, spirit, and environment. Alicia blends science and soul, guiding women to heal, rise, and embody their true power through deep, conscious support.

What to Expect:

• Altered-state breathwork & embodied movement
• Sound healing and energy alignment

• Guided meditations, moon musings, cosmic cycles

What to Bring:

• Your whole, raw, authentic self
• A journal and pen
• A yoga mat
• Blankets or a sleeping bag & pillow
• Comfortable layers and clothes you can move in
• Your own cup
• A curious heart and an open spirit

Investment: £33 per woman ~ includes cacao or herbal tea and all relevant materials.
