Whether you're new to this kind of work or returning to deepen your practice, this space is here to help you reconnect – with yourself, with nature, and with others.
� What to Expect
- Ceremonial Cacao – prepared with intention to support emotional release and grounding
- Guided Meditation – a calming inner journey, helping to clear stress and mental noise
- Sound Bath – using instruments and sound for deep relaxation and energy healing
- Gentle Sharing Circle – optional space to reflect and connect at the end of the session
� What to Bring
-A yoga mat , blanket , and cushion to stay warm and comfy
-A journal and pen to note any reflections after the meditation
-A bottle of water to stay hydrated
-Comfortable clothing (layers are great – your temperature may drop when resting)
� Please Note
-Not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
-Please let us know about any allergies or medical conditions when booking
-Light refreshments will be available after the session
