Ambient tunes, good vibes, and glow sticks (provided) to light the way.

This unique experience blends slow flowing, mindful movement with a vibrant, freeing and fun atmosphere.

Optional glow-in-the-dark makeup available.

Wear fluorescent colours or white to light up the room, and get ready to stretch, flow, relax and shine from the inside out.

Suitable for complete beginners and beyond.

Included in monthly memberships but not credit packs.
