We are delighted to be offering our Yoga & Social to honour and celebrate Summer Solstice again this year!
A 45 minute beginner and beyond Yoga class, exploring Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) followed by a picnic down at The Shed.
Every-body welcome!
This is a FREE practice, but if you can afford to make a donation please bring along CASH ONLY.
Suggested donation £5 per person.
Please bring food to share picnic style!
The classes take place on the bowling green, which is located on the Franklin Road side of the park.
Please try to lift share / walk / use public transport, as the car park at the park is very small, and we do not want to clog up the streets as the residents use them for parking.
Bournville Train Station is super close!
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
PLEASE NOTE: The classes are weather permitting.
We still practice in light rain and if it’s cooler - just bring some extra layers!
If the class is cancelled we will post on our social media 45 minutes prior to the start time.
