Join Jake from Harner’s Herbals and Jen from White Wave Restoration as they guide us through an expansive heart chakra ceremony with cacao and a sound bath immersion meant to ignite the fire in your heart!
Jake will invite you to set a heart-centered intention and with the support of cacao and your breath, you will journey inwards. You may experience emotional release or new insights that support healing and balance in your heart chakra. Cacao is a mild stimulant, but unlike caffeine, cacao opens up your blood vessels instead of constricting them. Everyone will be receive a crystal and a rose after the ceremony to support their journey moving forward!

Jen will provide a deep dose of rest, relaxation and reflection through sound and vibrational immersion with gong, handpan, singing bowls, chimes, drums and more! You will lie or sit comfortably for this hour of peaceful being. Deeply listening to intentional sound and vibration effortlessly relieves stress, calms the mind, promotes deep inner peace, improves sleep and overall focus plus so much more.
WHAT TO BRING:
BYO yoga mat, 2 blankets (one for between you and the mat and one for a cover), a pillow, an eye pillow (if you have one), any additional supports to optimize your physical comfort so you can have a deeply relaxing experience. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle and a journal for writing about your experience!
