Join us for an all level VinYin Flow to Zen & Soundbath under the sun & trees at beautiful Rec Park. A harmonious blend of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga infusing the yang elements of Vinyasa Flow with the calming & restorative benefits of Yin. Followed by a blissful Soundbath savasana absorbing the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. Leave feeling calm, aligned & renewed ✨
