Outdoor Yoga at The Nest on Swan River with Krista Sanderson

Please join me again this summer for a gentle flowing yoga class every Wednesday* at The Nest on Swan River. Class will be held under the beautiful pavilion amongst wildlife and gorgeous scenery, just steps from the Swan River. The peacefulness of the surroundings, and the rejuvenating benefits of the class are not to be missed! Cost is $15 to drop-in. Bring a mat if you have one, or I’ll have some that can be borrowed.
