Bring your picnic and celebrate a special milestone with us at our VE Day 80th Anniversary Peace Picnic and Family Fun Day! This free community event is packed with fun for all ages, with games, activities, and entertainment to enjoy.

Activities include:

- Get up close with a real Fire Engine

- Classic children’s races including the egg & spoon and sack race

- Try your hand at Tin Can Alley and paper aeroplane challenges

- Get creative at the craft stall hosted by the Parish Church

- Treat yourself at the cake stall run by the Beavers

- Explore the Scouts & Cubs display and activity station

- Let the kids enjoy some colorful face painting

- Cool off with a treat from the ice cream van

- Take part in a community fruit tree planting
