A sound bath meditation is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Using sound to make you sound.

Bring a yoga mat, we'll take care of the rest. Please plan on arriving by 5 min before start time. Free street parking available. We're on the 2nd floor
