Pink Moon Prenatal Yoga Four Week Series

We’re over the moon to share our 4-week Prenatal Series is coming up in June, led by Rikki!

Whether you’re a first-time mom or it’s not your first rodeo, this series offers a supportive space to prepare for the journey into motherhood in community.

Each session includes:
-Movement to build strength for birth
- Breathwork to support contractions
- Tension-releasing practices for body and mind
- And connection with other moms-to-be (village vibes)
