Night at The Gem with MMGM and BAAM

Join us for an exciting night of science and cinema! We’ll kick things off with a short, engaging talk by MMGM's Experimental Chemist and Research Al Falster who will explore the real science behind Earth’s layers, rocks, and mysterious underground landscapes. Then sit back and enjoy the classic adventure film Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), where fiction meets geology in a thrilling subterranean quest. Perfect for curious minds of all ages—bring your questions!

Entrance is pay-as-you-can with proceeds going to both the MMGM and BAAM (Bethel Area Arts and Music).
