Mark your calendars for the 25th annual Annie's 6-Hour Run.
The Gilfillan Trail is a 1.25-mile loop with 200’ gain featuring two bridges, a farm with cows, a garden, plus lots of wildlife. Half of the loop is in cool shady woods, and the other half can get hot and sunny.
Run clockwise for an hour, then counterclockwise for an hour, switching directions on the hour at the start/finish line. You won’t get bored, the uphills become downhills, and downhills become uphills.
Can't imagine that loop lasting six hours? That's okay. It's so informal and low-key that you can start or stop at any time you want.
After you complete each loop, make a slash mark beside your name. Accumulating slash marks becomes addicting. Awards in male and female categories are homemade pies!
Bring friends and family members. Although the course isn't stroller friendly, it is kid friendly!
Bring a drop bag and folding chair if you like. No need to carry a belt or hydration pack while you run. You’ll have access to your stuff every loop.
Fluids and food are included with race registration. A smorgasbord of homemade baked goods, interspersed with salty snacks, Grilled Chicken Quesadillas, Grilled Cheese and more!
Port-a-John on site. Ample free parking at the Westminster Presbyterian Church lot across the street from the start. By ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the trail.

Kids under age 8: FREE
Kids over age 8: $5 flat
Over age 18: $5 Per Hour with a cap of $20
To keep costs low: Race day registration only. No internet fees. No swag or finisher medals. 100% of costs are covered, so 100% of registration fees benefit Urban Impact Foundation
