The session begins with gentle movements to release tension.
Then you'll discover Yoga Nidra,
the easiest and most relaxing form of meditation :
Lie down, close your eyes and follow the voice.
Healing will follow, in fact,
through your own imagination.

Notes :
- We provide mats, cushions and blankets, but since two mats are better than one feel free to bring your own.
- Please don't eat anything big for at least one hour before we start.
- Just think of an intention, wear comfortable clothing and come as you are ✨
