Chakras in Yoga are energy centers in our body that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
There are 7 main chakras, each linked to different aspects of our life: from grounding and security to creativity, self-expression, intuition, and inner integration that not just connect to what we see, feel, and experience.
When our chakras are open and balanced, energy flows freely, helping you feel more embraced, connected, aligned, energized, and present. As you keep exercising with your inner nutrition, the more open and balance you gain consciously, the more freedom you can be.
Through the session, you can practice and deep dive into your inner workings with the mindful awareness to awaken and balance your body’s energy. Each class focuses on one chakra, guiding you from grounding and stability to emotional balance, self-expression, intuition, and overall integration.
Open to all levels, the practices combine yoga poses, breathwork, and gentle meditation to help you feel more aligned, energized, and rooted.
