Workshop „Einführung in Dominanz & Hingabe“

Im Zentrum dieses Abends steht die Frage:
Wie strahlt eine führende Person Dominanz aus – durch Haltung, Atem und Stimme?
Und wie fühlt es sich an, in Hingabe verschiedene Qualitäten von Berührung zu empfangen – sanft, klar, forschend?

In praktischen Gruppenübungen lernst du, Präsenz zu entwickeln, mit Stimme und Körpersprache zu führen und Berührung bewusst zu gestalten. Ebenso erfährst du, wie Vertrauen und Hingabe durch Loslassen wachsen können.

Fehler, Unsicherheiten und Ausprobieren sind willkommen – Perfektion ist nicht das Ziel, sondern lebendiges Erleben. Elemente aus dem Tantra – Atem, Blickkontakt, Rituale – geben dem Abend Tiefe und Präsenz.

How does a leading person radiate dominance – through posture, through breath, through voice?
And what does it feel like to step into surrender and receive different qualities of touch – gentle, clear, or more intense?

Through practical group exercises, you’ll learn to cultivate presence, to lead with voice and body language, and to shape touch with intention. You’ll also discover how trust and surrender can grow through letting go.

Mistakes, uncertainty, and experimentation are welcome – perfection is not the goal, but living experience. Elements of Tantra – breath, eye contact, and simple rituals – bring depth and presence to the evening.
