Work in Progress – Job Seekers in Tech #1

Job hunting can feel lonely — like starring in a story without a script.
This workshop is here to remind you that you’re not alone, and your story is still being written.

Work in Progress is a small, supportive meetup for people in tech (QA, SWE, design, marketing, product, and beyond) who are actively job hunting and want to connect with others going through the same ups and downs.

• A welcoming check-in to set the tone and ground rules.
• A coaching-inspired reflection exercise — “The story I’m in right now” — to explore your personal job search journey in a creative, individual way.
• Connection through shared experience — we’ll use simple “+1” hand signals to show when someone’s story resonates, building a sense of community without pressure.
• Co-creating the next steps together: We’ll shape future sessions around what the group actually needs (mock interviews, accountability, job leads, mindset work, etc.).

• You want to feel less alone in the job hunt.
• You’re open to reflective conversations, not just transactional networking.
• You appreciate small, real, human spaces where it’s okay to just be where you are.

• 🕒 Duration: 1.5-2 hours
• 👥 Group size: max 8 participants for an intimate atmosphere
• 🌍 Who’s it for: Tech professionals in transition — QA, developers, designers, marketers, PMs, and anyone navigating their next career step.
• 📝 No prep needed. Just bring yourself, curiosity, and maybe your favorite pen or notebook.

This is not a career fair or speed networking event. It’s a cozy, human-centered space to breathe, reflect, and connect.
Because your next chapter starts with being seen — right where you are: a work in progress.
