Feeling safe is not only about external circumstances. It is also an internal experience shaped by past stress, relationships, and long-term pressure. In this session, we explore how safety is experienced in the body, emotions, and relationships.
The focus is on recognizing personal signals of safety and creating small, realistic ways to support them in daily life.
You will explore:
