Summary
Understanding guilt instead of being controlled by it.
Description
Guilt can quietly shape decisions, boundaries, and relationships. In this session, we explore where guilt comes from, how it differs from responsibility, and how it is often linked to early roles and expectations.
Rather than trying to eliminate guilt, we focus on learning how to listen to it without letting it run your life.
