The Sacred Pause is a monthly women’s gathering in Berlin , created as a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and soulful connection.

In this 2-hour circle, we weave together:

🔔 Sound Healing & Meditation → deep rest through singing bowls, guided journey, and Reiki touch
💫 Circle Sharing → a safe space to share from the heart
🌸 Closing Ritual → gratitude practice, blessing, and nourishing tea

Each month, we gather to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with what truly matters.

📍 Practical Details
Contribution: Donation-based (starting from 15 €)

Bring:

• Comfortable clothes
• journal (optional)
• a cup for tea (if you prefer your own)
• a blanket or scarf
• an open heart
