Yoga/Barre inspired FLOW for DANCERS with guest teacher

In this Yoga & Barre infused dancer’s flow you will be guided through a series of movements to stretch, mobilise and strengthen the dancer’s body from feet up, highlighting balance and alignment.

Led by guest teacher, Gaiti, Yoga, Barre & Pilates certified teacher and passionate tango dancer visiting from Sydney.
Gaiti is founder of Studio Form&Flow, a boutique studio where community, compassion and connection take centre stage through mindful movement.

Gaiti created a relaxed, warm and friendly environment where I felt safe joining in and letting go.
Every move was designed to support our dancing bodies, from balance and smooth transfer of weight to controlling and improvising. For me, a workshop like this is a welcome addition to any tango marathon or encuentro.
