Die Soul Dive Breathwork Journey ist dein Monthly Full Moon Mojo - eine Einladung, loszulassen, dich neu zu kalibrieren und tief in dein Inneres einzutauchen.
Mit etwa 45 Minuten verbundenem Atmen (conscious connected breathing) öffnen wir einen heilsamen Raum, um Altes zu verabschieden und in Klarheit und Verbundenheit zurückzukehren. Der Vollmond verstärkt diesen Prozess als kraftvoller Moment der Vollendung und Erneuerung.

• Ankommen & Intention setzen
• ca. 45 Min Conscious Connected Breathing (verbundenes Atmen im Liegen)
• tiefe Reise durch Körper, Emotionen & Bewusstsein
• Integration durch Erdung & Meditation

Diese Session geht in die Tiefe, kann sehr transformierend wirken und schenkt dir einen klaren Reset für Körper, Geist und Seele.

With about 45 minutes of conscious connected breathing, we open a sacred space to let go of what no longer serves you and return to clarity and connection. The full moon amplifies this process as a powerful moment of completion and renewal.
