RamadanMiles - Community Sunset Experience

Der Ramadan Run ist ein offenes Community-Event, das Bewegung, Zusammenhalt und kulturellen Austausch während des Ramadans verbindet. Gemeinsam laufen wir in entspannter Atmosphäre – willkommen sind Fastende und Nicht-Fastende gleichermaßen.

Der Run wird begleitet von einer kurzen Einführung zum Ramadan und seinen Traditionen. Im Anschluss brechen wir gemeinsam das Fasten und lassen den Abend bei einem gemeinsamen Essen in Kooperation mit einem lokalen Restaurant ausklingen.

Egal ob Anfänger:in oder erfahrene:r Runner: Komm vorbei, lauf in deinem Tempo und werde Teil einer besonderen Community-Erfahrung.
Jede:r Teilnehmende erhält außerdem eine Goodie Bag mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten von uns.

The Ramadan Run is an open community event that brings together movement, connection, and cultural exchange during the month of Ramadan. We run together in a welcoming atmosphere — both fasting and non-fasting participants are invited.

The run includes a short introduction to Ramadan and its traditions. Afterward, we gather to break the fast together and enjoy a shared meal in collaboration with a local restaurant.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, join us, move at your own pace, and be part of a unique community experience.
Each participant will also receive a goodie bag with a few treats from us.
