Queer Black Meet Up

Hello lovely people ,

we have been wanting to create a space from black queer folks for black queer folks. With Black History Month coming up, it felt like the right moment!

Black Queer Folk meetup on Sunday, February 1st at 15:00 at Tante Lisbeth.

For people who identify as black and queer. Hosts will be Morgan (Community Member)and Leonie (Cozy Organizer).

As we know the Black community in Berlin is small and the queer Black scene even smaller. It's not always easy to find spaces where people truly understand the intersection of being both Black and queer. Every time we meet other Black queer folks, it feels meaningful and we‘d love to create more moments like that for all of us.

This meetup is simply about coming together, connecting, and building community in a warm, low-pressure way. It’s the first one, and hopefully the beginning of many more.

If you’re interested, please reserve a spot. If you decide last minute please just come, you’ll be very welcome. And of course, feel free to bring other Black queer friends along
