Beverly Hills 90210 (Open Mic Sunday at Kindl Stuben until GEMA closes us down oneday) starts its second season with (our very own french brother boys fantasy, "Short Ideas") evil witch on the outside but luscious buttery crumpet with strawberry jam on the inside, Shannon Doherty coming to school late, smoking a cigarette. Falling in her chair, glances sideways at Dylan. The 35 year old actor, Luke Perry, is coming down from yesterday's coke but also coming up from some breakfast coke. Enjoy Coke! Enjoy Coke? The cast did. So much. Dawsons Creek crowd would never had been so much fun off the set as the sexual tension from a whole show spiralling around a guy who was afraid of intimacy gave this program the essence of Christmas at your German boyfriends parents house. Mutti sagt sie ist "pleassssst to meetchew". Enjoy not coke, but a second helping of Kassler. Don't worry, Turkey dinner is only 366 days and 1500€ away.

The Open Mic is Donation based 5-10€ per person. For 4 hours of live music, this is above fair and non negotiable!

Short Ideas, or managing to paint a chiaroscuro with pastel colors. A landscape of the English Channel before waters.
The folk-music of the twins, Léo and Tom, deploys its rough roots under the mantle of the French Flanders plains. The guitars’ gentle melodies are filled with indie tones. The lyrics are both enigmatic and of a raw realism. Sylvain’s drum sounds more blown than hit.
Short Ideas’ transhumance goes from Fleet Foxes to Animal Collective, pilgrimage for their last EP : How Could a Touch Be Softer? The question is ironical, of course.
