MediTANZion: Dance Journey • Spring Awakening
A free-style, barefoot Dance where you can explore your own authentic movement and expression. With minimal guidance and through multiple genres of music - you are invited to journey into deeper states of connection - to self, to community, to cosmos.
The formula is simple: Move and be moved.
More than just a typical Ecstatic Dance -- this is an urban ritual. We gather in community to move and sing, to connect and release, to feel and express, to pray and play, to journey together in a held and safe environment.

During the journey:
+ No alcohol, substances.
+ No active phones / screens (shut them off before entering)
+ No talking in the dance hall
+ Radical Consent and safety are values we practice
+ Come as you are, all identities welcome, no experience required

Saturday, 28. March
19:00 - Arrival, Cacao
19:30 - Opening Circle
20:00 - DOORS CLOSE (no entry after this)**
22:30 - Live music + Singing Circle
23:00 - Community chill and Clean up
** We are strict with the closing time at 20:00 - so please come early, and respect the policy, once we have closed the doors there is no more entry. If it's your first time - please arrive at 19:30
