Experience the calming power of sound and community. Join us for an evening of mantra chanting, where the ancient practice of repeating sacred sounds has been shown to synchronize brainwaves, regulate the nervous system, and release anxiety—helping you find deep relaxation and peace of mind.

After our chanting, we’ll share Ayurvedic tea together.
