Once again this year, the biggest and brightest full moon will rise.
Since 2023, KTB has celebrated “the Hangawee Festival” – in Berlin.
Hangawee is one of Korea’s most cherished holidays, and it is a time for us to gather with our
“chosen family” and share creativity and joy.

한가위 Hangawee/추석 Chuseok,
the Korean Thanksgiving, is a time to give thanks for the year’s harvest and wish for abundance and well-being.
While it once centred on crops and farming, our modern lives
invite us to celebrate in a different way: by sharing the harvests of our creativity.
These creations may take many forms, such as visual art, design, music, food, products or
services. The Hangawi Festival is a space where all these creations come together.

On 4 October, under the rising moon, we will come together to showcase our creations, exchange inspiration and raise a toast with like-minded souls✨
