Frits Wilmsen (founder of the Impeccable Leadership Institute, Partner at FP&P and faculty of the Generative Facilitation Institute) has developed a comprehensive framework called Impeccable Leadership for facilitating transformational change and development for leaders, teams and organisations that highlights the often hidden structures and deeper leverages for change and helps them to successfully transcend blockages or dysfunctional behaviour. It also helps leaders and facilitators to move from reactive to proactive behavior in self, teams and organisations.

The Impeccable Leadership framework offers powerful tools and proven social technologies such as the Transformational Process Model among many others for making transformations and breakthroughs possible in working with people, groups and larger systems. It aligns cognitive and somatic components to enhance embodied leadership and facilitation and it combines the head, heart, and gut in order to move towards being-based leadership and facilitation. The Impeccable Leadership approach been successfully applied by many leaders, facilitators, and trainers in diverse sectors and countries with highly positive impact for teams and organisations.

This course allows for both a personal and a collective learning journey. It emphasizes concrete experience, practical applications, deep reflection, and exploration of how to transfer insights to your own facilitation practice. Frits Wilmsen is passionate about leadership and facilitating transformational change. He believes in the importance and possibility of leadership and organisational development. Together with his colleagues at FP&P, he has crafted a systemic model for leadership and change management called Impeccable Leadership that offers a comprehensive framework for personal and group development aimed at creating communities of excellence and high performance organizations. He is the author of his book "Impeccable Leadership".

As the founder of the Institute for Impeccable Leadership and the Foundation for Impeccable Leadership, Frits enjoys grasping the finesses of the principles, function, and meaning of leadership as well as the pathways of facilitating transformation in a healing and integrating way. He is a cooperation partner, faculty and member of the Wisdom Council of the Generative Facilitation Institute.

Christine Wank is the founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) dedicated to inspiring and strengthening leaders, facilitators and changemakers in facilitating transformations with the intelligence of the head, heart and hands.

Christine is an internationally acclaimed facilitator, trainer and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in facilitating leadership development, innovation and transformation across the globe. She has taught leadership courses at the Managing Global Governance Program of the GIZ, LEAD Academy and the Central European University (CEU) among others.

She has worked with leaders and teams from business, government and NGOs from more than 50 nations. As founder of Facilitate U, she helps people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible and purposeful way.

The training will be delivered by either one or both of the trainers.

Day 3: 9.30am-5.00pm

Early bird rate: 1.850 EUR plus 19% VAT and fees

Regular rate: 1.950 EUR plus 19% VAT and fees

Accommodation and meals will be self-organized and covered by the participants themselves.

This course is offered by the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI), dedicated to providing unique learning opportunities for facilitators, leaders and changemakers. Our aim is to link the outer with the inner dimension of facilitation and to integrate the intelligence of the head, heart and hands for leveraging impact and making meaningful generative change happen. We offer a small amount of GFI fellowships for this course.

FAQs

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your participation in this course, the following policies apply:

Up to 75 days before the start of the event we offer a full refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 150 EUR and any banking fees involved.

Up to 50 days before the start of the event we offer a 50% refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 150 EUR and any banking fees involved.

For cancellations after 50 days before the start of the event we cannot offer any refunds due to arrangements made.

In the event that we need to cancel the course such as due to the Corona crisis we will refund your rate (either early bird or regular, depending on your booking).

In the event that we need to shift the date and adapt the formate for this course such as due to the Corona crisis we will still run the course. Then you can choose to either participate, get refunded or alternatively get a voucher for future courses of the GFI.

We cannot cover any other expenses or cancellation costs involved, such as cancellation fees for transport (flight, train, etc.) or accommodation.
