Enjoy an uplifting workshop (details coming soon) , an ecstatic dance journey guided by a Ram_Chama, and an intention-setting & Cacao ritual.
We’ll close the evening together with live jamming, snacks & chats

19:15 - 19:30 - Sankalpa Ceremony - Intention Setting & Cacao
19:30 - 21:30 - Ecstatic Dance Set
21:30 - 21:45 - Sound healing with live music
21:45 - 22:30 - Community time & Jam Stay, chat, bring an instrument to Jam and nourish your body after the dance

This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and substance-free space — open to all levels and experiences.
Come for the full journey or just drop in for the dance or jam — follow your flow.

We leave the windows open, and the studio has a ventilation system - so we keep things pretty cool!
