6:30 PM – Arrival & Welcome Drink


Settle in, meet fellow guests, and enjoy a light welcome tea or drink.


7:00 PM – Hotpot Introduction


Brief explanation of how hotpot works (broth, ingredients, dipping sauces).


Everyone gets set up around the table.


7:15 PM – Cooking & Sharing Begins


Add ingredients to the bubbling broth together.


Create your own dipping combinations.


Conversation, laughter, and connections flow naturally.


8:30 PM – Communal Cheers & Second Round


Fresh round of ingredients goes into the pot.


Stories, games, or simple sharing circle (optional, depending on vibe).


9:30 PM – Dessert & Wind Down


Light sweet bites or fruit to close the evening.
