This workshop is about stepping out of your head and into the moment. Through playful improv games and simple movement exercises, we’ll explore spontaneity, laughter, and connection.

No experience needed, just curiosity and the willingness to try something new.

2. Intuitive Painting Workshop
Parts of Me | A Color Soul Exchange

What happens when you give away a piece of your art and let someone else transform it? In this workshop, we’ll explore that question together.

We’ll start with simple, free painting, no rules, no right or wrong. Then we’ll swap artworks, cut them up, and create something new together. It’s playful, surprising, and a beautiful reminder of how we influence and inspire each other.

You don’t need any art skills, just an open mind. Come as you are, leave with a unique piece of art and a fresh perspective.
