Join us for the first edition of Migration, a 4-course tasting experience beyond the ordinary, hosted during this year’s Coffee Week Berlin.

Guided by three specialists rooted in coffee, matcha, and cascara, we invite you to step into a culinary journey with us and witness how taste, sound, and senses converge into a shared experience of fruit, seed, and leaf.

Each part of this 4-course tasting experience will start at the source - sharing the stories of regions and farmers - before moving deeper into the sensory - discovering how flavors unfold when paired in known and unfamilar ways.

Included in the Migration Experience:

• 4-course drink & food pairing, featuring 4 signature interpretations of coffee, matcha, and cascara - each accompanied by a handcrafted food bite.
• 2-hour guided tasting journey supported by an audio-visual installation, moving you effortlessly through physical spaces and sensory elements
• In-depth storytelling: Personal reflections and first-hand sourcing insights shared by three specialists in coffee, matcha, and cascara
• An intimate atmosphere designed for conversation and connection at DAWN House, Berlin
