The BHT Startup Hub invites you to an intensive 5-day Bootcamp (October 27–31, 2025) designed to test your concept by building prototypes and getting ready for your first clients. Together with experienced entrepreneurs, coaches, and industry experts, you will refine your customer understanding, explore the financial planning to validate your business model, build prototypes with AI tools, and test in real life before your product even launches.

This program is perfect for aspiring founders who want to start building, testing and validating their idea. Since the bootcamp focuses on building and testing prototypes, products with a digital presence (e.g., website, app, or platform) are best suited.

What you’ll learn

Over the course of five days, you will gain practical knowledge and apply it directly to your product. 

• Value Proposition & Prototyping: Refine your messaging, test your value proposition, and build prototypes that resonate with real users.
• Market Validation & Business Models: Understand how to test your assumptions, validate demand, and design a scalable business model.
• Hands-on AI Prototyping: Translate your product requirements document into working prototypes using cutting-edge AI tools like Magic Patterns and Bolt.
• Prototype to First Clients: Learn how to transform a prototype into real customer insights with interviews, testing, and feedback strategies.
• Customer-First Thinking: Reframe prototyping as sales and learn how to use feedback loops to sharpen your solution.
• Distribution First Strategy: Discover how to build demand and visibility before your product even launches.
• User Testing & Iteration: Conduct UX testing, analyze insights, and prepare your product for the next level.

By the end of the Bootcamp, you’ll walk away with a validated business model, a high-fidelity prototype, and a clear roadmap towards your first clients.
