Everyone’s talking about AI agents, but how are they designed?

As generative AI starts shaping user experiences in real time, content designers aren’t just writing for interfaces anymore. We are shaping how the interface thinks, responds, and builds trust.

This talk looks at both the visible layer of content design in AI (what users see) and the invisible layer (where content strategy in prompts guide the system’s behavior).
