Healing the Grieving Heart - Life after Loss, Root Chakra Clearing & Grounding Reiki

Healing the grieving heart is a group Reiki event with Reiki master and medium Nicole Botelho. The intention of this particular event is to focus on the root and heart chakra. By opening up our heart chakra and connecting to the root (ground), we become more balanced, secure in self, and are able to process emotions with more clarity and understanding. Remember, there is no time limit when it comes to grieving the loss of a loved one. Give yourself some grace and join me in helping you better cope.

This event will be held in Marc of Healings gallery space. Each attendee will be provided a yoga mat (please feel free to bring pillows and blankets). This is a group Reiki event with aromatherapy, sound bowls, and Reiki healing. There will be some time to share personal experiences (if open to doing so), and each person will receive a mini angel card reading at the end of the event.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket and pillow. We will provide yoga mats.
