Turning Towards the Heart

In sacred community we will join our hearts in breath, song, whirling, dance, poetry and prayer. This offering is open to all who are called to move in prayer, and those who seek to learn more about embracing dance and the movement of whirling to connect with the universe and our deepest self. The session will include, group prayer, breath work, movement rituals, whirling practices, sacred circle dances, singing and chanting. With intention that these experiences will help us to expand our hearts capacity and enter the place of unity with all creation.

Our upcoming workshop will feature live music with the amazing musicians Rachel Valfer (vocals & oud ) & Gary Haggerty (oud, saz.)

Location- The Berkeley Alembic- 2820 Seventh Street, Berkeley

Price- $35-50 (sliding scale)

*There is lots of parking and comfortable areas to sit for tea and catch up with friends!
