As we move into the fullness of summer, Touching the Sun invites us to awaken the body, open the heart, and reconnect with the vitality that lives within and around us.

Through guided meditation, gentle movement, music, and ritual, this full-day retreat offers space to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what is most alive. Together, we will explore practices that cultivate presence, joy, and renewal — honoring the radiant energy of the season and the light we each carry.

This retreat is open to all and held with care by Orlando White, a mindfulness teacher and community builder committed to creating spaces of beauty, spaciousness, and transformation.

This event is in-person only. Tickets are sliding scale $35-$125 with no one turned away for lack of funds.

Orlando White is a healer, mindfulness teacher, and the founder of Overflow. He believes that no journey is more sacred than the one we take back home to ourselves—Overflow is his love letter to that pilgrimage.

Rooted in mindfulness and authenticity, Orlando’s work is a call to remembrance: a journey back to wholeness. He believes that everything we seek is already within us.
