Join us on second Fridays at MLK for a 90-minute nervous system reset designed to relieve stress, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your body.
Each session includes simple, science-backed teachings on nervous system health, optional group sharing, and deeply restorative practices like mindful movement, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
This class is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in “go mode.” When we slow down in community, we remember that we’re not alone—and that healing happens more easily when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
You’ll leave each session feeling more grounded and at ease with simple tools you can carry into your daily life.
