Family Constellation *Nervous System Health * Birth Inheritance Series

Were you labeled as anxious?

Or maybe depressed?

A difficult child?

Or such a good kid?

Maybe all of the above?

Bring your creativity and curiosity as we explore the multi dimensional wonder of our nervous systems.

Together we will support each other as we learn more about ourselves and why we experience others and the world the way we do. Some of it is inherent (naturally a part of us) and some of it is inherited (passed down from our parents, and their parents, and theirs . . .)

I welcome all to this co-created space where we come to support one another as we learn about our brilliant and magical nervous systems.

We will:
- Begin with a brief intro to Family Constellations
- Spend some time with some body based somatic exercises.
- I will hear from all who are interested in having a constellation done. I will randomly choose one person to be the focused client. One factor will be considering what constellation can most serve the entire group.
Other participants can choose to represent or be witnesses in the constellation.
If time remains, another focused client will be selected.
A full constellation for one person typically takes 1—2 hours.

Come discover the way your body knows and is perceiving accurately all the time.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the magic of constellation work!
