Join us at Leiya for an insightful speaker event with Hannah Sabet where we'll explore strategies for managing mental health through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma interventions. This session will address both adolescent and young adult groups, focusing on DBT skills for queer, trans, and neurodiverse individuals, as well as skills training for middle school students and their parents. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or learn new tools for family support, this event promises to empower participants in a supportive, safe community environment.
