Mikkellers mandagstrim

Meet up and join us for a run to start of the week. Every Monday a small group head out from Apollon at 18. The route and pace is decided among the runners at the start. It's a place to meet people over run instead of a beer. Or you can do both, as some hang around after for some refreshments. It's free, open to all, just come along. You can leave a carry-on or xtra clothes behind.
