Candle Holders - Handbuilding Pottery Workshop

Feel like your own Victorian ghost walking through the home at night, holding your very own handmade candle holder. In this class, you will learn to handbuild a candle holder with a handle using a mix of slab and coil techniques. We will make them as simple or elaborate as you wish with added elements or underglaze painting.

-All pottery is made with high quality stoneware clay and glaze and is dishwasher, microwave, and oven save.

-Pottery pieces will be need 3 weeks to dry and be kiln fired. Once fired, you will receive a text message letting you know they are ready for pick-up. All pottery not picked up within 60 days will be subject to donation.

-Feel free to bring snacks and drinks.

-Clay can get messy, but washes out easily. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty!

-All aprons, supplies, clay, glazing, and firings are included.

-Ticket price is per person and includes creation of 2 candle holders.

-Age 16 and up.
