Tween Yoga Summer Camp

Give your tween an unforgettable summer experience with our Tween Yoga Summer Camp! Campers will enjoy yoga sessions in our beautiful studio and outside on the grass overlooking the river in the Old Mill District. Each day includes thoughtfully planned yoga flows, partner poses, journaling, breathwork, and creative arts and crafts (materials included) to inspire mindfulness, focus, and self-expression. This camp introduces tweens to yoga as a transformative lifestyle, helping them manage emotions, improve concentration, build friendships, and develop a positive mindset—skills that last a lifetime.
